Double Disc Grinding

Grind Lap Services, Inc. double disc grinding machines allow us to handle almost any configuration of parts. We often combine flat lapping, blanchard grinding and double disc grinding in order to achieve the best results for our customers.

Our double disc grinders simultaneously grind both sides of your part to exact dimensions for thickness, flatness and parallelism to .0005”.  Flat material can be ground from .30" to 2.00” thick. Flat rounds, discs and rings can be ground up to 9” diameter, or 9” by 12”+ rectangles and squares, achieving a 16-80 micro finish.
