Celebrating over 30 years in business, Grind Lap Services, Inc. is a family owned business, serving machine shops and OEMs throughout the Midwest and across the country. We put as much care into a one piece repair job as we do in a one million piece production order.

Our president, John Gallichio, has over 40 years of lapping and grinding experience. Through his leadership, our dedicated staff of approximately 30 employees, many with over 15 years of experience, will work to ensure our clients’ needs are met.

Our diverse capabilities allow us to efficiently handle parts that may require multiple grinding, lapping, and honing operations. By working with our clients’ engineers and staff, we can design more economical ways to process parts. This service philosophy, along with our streamlined operations, allows us to help our clients save on costs throughout any part of the manufacturing process.
